As in general periodic of one year for full replacement guarantee against any product defect and 36months limited warranty from the date of purchase. In detail winker light has two basic sections [1] Electronic circuitry [2] Hardware.

[1.] On the electronics side there are parts like flasher/timing circuit, LEDs, Solar panel and battery in this we give full one year replacement guarantee from the date of purchase.
[2.] On the Hardware side is made of the metal, MS and glass so their life is more then one year
